If a reservation is cancelled:
- One month or more prior to the arrival date of the customer the prepayment is fully refunded (any potential expenses are charged to the customer).
- Any cancellation or alteration of the reservation date within 21 days prior to the arrival date of the customer, the prepayment is not refunded.
- In case of not showing up or departing before the scheduled date, the total amount is paid
- Open: May to October
